Refund policy

We want you to love your Aroma Snap fragrance. If you’re not satisfied, you can return unopened, unused products within 30 days of delivery for a full refund.
Due to hygiene reasons, we cannot accept returns on opened or used fragrance bottles unless the item arrived damaged or defective.
To start a return, email us at info.aromasnap@gmail.com with your order number. Once approved, we’ll provide return instructions. Refunds are issued to your original payment method within 5–7 business days of receiving the returned item.
Shipping costs for returns are the customer’s responsibility unless the item was damaged, defective, or incorrect.
